Actually windows7 so called God-Mode is a kind of shortcut that allows you to access all control panel option
in win7 in a single folder.You can also use this in Vista or Xp.Now follow the steps to enable God-Mode in your pc:

• Create a new folder,anywhere on the PC, and name it

            GodMode.{ED7BA470-8E54-465E-825C-99712043E01C}

• Now the folder icon will instanly changes to the Control Panel Icon.

Open the folder and you will get options to change most of the configurations of the PC.

Get back old Quick-Launch button in Windows7

While I`am using Win7,I am realy missing old quick-launch button.Just one click to open/start a program,it was really helpful for me.So tody Iam sharing you how you can get back the old style Quick-launch button in Win7.Now follow the steps:
Enable:
Right click on a empty space on the task-bar and click on Toolbars ->New Toolbar.

In the Folder line, type this :"%userprofile%\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Quick Launch"without quotes and click on select folder

That`s it,now you have Old style Quick Launch toolbar on the taskbar in Win7 to launch programs.

Disable:
To disable Quick Launch Bar right click on a empty space on the taskbar and click on Toolbars and Quick Launch to uncheck .
